He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Kelly and Nora Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his son Keiran; and his siblings, Thomas Kelly, Noreen Bianchini (Dave) and Carol Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home (2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
