It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carly Fay of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Janice L. Fay (Cebulski) and John R. Fay; her sister Kara DeFinis (Nick); her nephew Joey; and her pets, Nela and Bowie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
