She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Kuliczkowski; her son Kevin Kuliczkowski; her parents, Kathryn (Ulshafer) and Guy Davis Sr.; and her brothers, Guy Davis Jr. and Paul Ulshafer.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Kuliczkowski (Aimee) and Michele Kuliczkowski; and her granddaughter Brianna. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
