Felkner Jr. (Levittown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Chester, Sr.; and his sister Loretta M. Felkner. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Felkner; his sisters, Mary F. Smith and Joan Hess; his niece Catherine Maybee (Matthew); and also, Jack and Jake.

In lieu of flowers, mass cards would be appreciated.
