Doak; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Fritz (Steven) and Jamie Arleth (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Tia, Steven, Damian and Alexa; his siblings, Robert Doak and Thomas Doak; and his nephews, Robert Doak Jr. and Joseph Doak.
