He was predeceased by: his parents, James A Barnshaw Sr. and Ethel Barnshaw (Cranor); and his siblings, Ethel Mae Barnshaw and Donald N Barnshaw. He is survived by: his wife Karen J Barnshaw (McCoach); his daughters, Karen J Spagnoli (Rory), Kristen A Wolfe (Colby) and Sweetie; his grandchildren, Ryan (Alayna), CJ, Abbey and Lily; his brothers, Kenneth R. Barnshaw and Robert G Barnshaw (Gloria); and his sisters-in-law, Bernadette Barnshaw, Linda Shafer and Jane Blackwell. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home (2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
