It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James T. Smalley of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jason William Smalley; his grandfather William Bryan; his mother Mildred S. Heist Smalley; and also Mark Arnold (Karen). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brandon O'Donnell (Casey Dooley) and Kelsey O'Donnell; his great grandchild Addison Giuffrida; his sister Carol M. Arnold (late Norman C.); his sibling's child Ryan Arnold (Brittni); and also Brantley.
