We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Jeanne Poole (Levittown, Pennsylvania), born in Waretown, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Edison Poole III; and her sisters, Margaret, Barbara, May and Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Meister (Jules) of Fort Myers, FL and Thomas Poole (Beverly) of Hilton Head, SC.; her grandchildren, Kristopher (Kelly), Jonathan, Jessica Meister, Mandy Thigpen (Josh) and Kimberly Dewosky (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Ava, Jordan, Mia, Owen and Lyla; and her sister Rose Butchko. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "The Bridges at Warwick Memory Care Walk", 1600 Almshouse Road, Jamison, PA. 18929 (all proceeds will go to the Alzheimer's Association).
