She was predeceased by: her child Amie Crumbock. She is survived by: her spouse Larry; her children, Susan Crumbock, Edward Crumbock (Colleen), Debra Ferris (John), Laura Bartz (August), Scott Smith and Kelly Wilson (Michael); and her siblings, Ann Bailey (Jack), Margaret Post (Rodney), Terri Moody, David McIntosh and Susan McMannion. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Judie's name may be made to Levittown Fire Company #1, 701 Falls Tullytown Road Levittown, Pennsylvania 19054.
