He was predeceased by: his sister Jerrica Lynn; his grandparents, Sandra Crouse and Alvin Crouse; and his stepfather Thomas Gaughan. He is survived by: his parent Cathleen L. Michniewicz; his children, Elizabeth Galant, Jace Kenneth and Skylar Lynn; his sister Melinda Jean; and his nephews, Jayden and Jordan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Aldie Foundation, 11 Weldon Dr., Doylestown, PA 18901.
