He was predeceased by: his child Lindsay E. Kosman. He is survived by: his wife Janice E. (Ellet); his children, Megan A. Kosman and Matthew J. Kosman; his sister Eileen Kosman (John Harper); his grandchildren, Gage and Chloe; his niece Victoria; and his nephew John.
