With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A Costello of Levittown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her daughter Mary Yaeger. She is survived by: her children, William (Diane), Patricia (Timothy), Daniel (Nancy), Timothy (Kim), Michael (Jeanne), Matthew and Kathleen (Peter); and her son-in-law Paul Yaeger. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory are requested to Catholic Social Services in Levittown, 100 Levittown Pkwy Levittown, PA 19054.
