He is survived by: his spouse Rosemarie (Chamberlain); his children, Christy Ruddock (Lysle), Joseph Harris III, Lisa Marie Pye and Mary Harris; his sibling Thomas Jones (Libba); his sibling-in-law Tony Gullota (Cathy); and his daughters-in-law, Colleen Harris and Beth Harris.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to John Billington VFW Post #6495, 1605 Haines Road, Levittown, PA 19057.
