He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Oscovitch and Mary Oscovitch (Zelenak); his son Richard; and his siblings, James, John Oscovitch and Mary Rusnock.

He is survived by: his wife Agnes (Lynn); his children, Rosanne and Robert; and his sisters, Dorothy McElwaine and Ann Marie Kasarda of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
