He is survived by: his wife Helen Elizabeth Lazeration; his children, Rozanne Marie Harkins (Edmund Sutterlin), David Wayne Harkins, Daniel James Harkins (Cathy), Thomas Peter Harkins and Glenn Edward Harkins (Lori); his siblings, Kenneth Serrano (Veronica), Ralph Feliciano and Lillian "Cookie" Mann Kassay; his aunts, Alice Kennedy (James) and Evelyn Manna; and his great grandchildren, Colton Wyatt Lynn, Renee, Trey, Michael Patterson, Raylan Numbers, Nicolina Harkins and Elliana Harkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
