He is survived by: his sons, Carl "Tom" Vest of Trenton, Steven Vest (Joyce) of Bensalem, Brian Vest and Jason Welch of Trenton; his brothers, Michael John Welch of Philadelphia and Patrick J. Welch of Levittown; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Danielle Wilmot and Dylan Matthew Welch.
