Walter Jr. (Lewisberry, Pennsylvania), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 8, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James B. Walter and Frieda Walter (Fuller); his wife Genevieve Walter (Midcap); his children, Judith Flanagan (Michael) and James Kevin Walter (Margaret); his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Benson (Matthew) and Michael Paul Walter (Marissa Bowler); his great grandchild Emory Michael Benson; and his brothers, Kenneth Walter and George Walter.
