He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David V. and Betty Binkley (Gentilman); his wife Patricia (Armbruster); his children, Christopher Binkley of Philadelphia and Jill (Mark Billus) of Camp Hill; his grandchildren, Eloise, Madeleine and Cameron Billus; and his siblings, David Binkley (Barbara), Betty Jo Scutella and Maxine Sparr. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
