He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Perusse and Simonne Halle Perusse; and his brother Jean Perusse. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Perusse; his children, John Perusse and Lisa Billone (Mark); his stepson Todd Shomper (Amanda); and his sister Claudette Jolin. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
