He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Stout and Irma L. Stout (Ogden); and his brother Patrick Stout. He is survived by: his children, Nichol M. Stout, Michael E. Stout, Jr. (Karly) and Stephanie L. Shaffer (Chuck); his grandchildren, Taylor, Skylar, Kelly, Ivy, Opal, Laurel, Dylan, Corbin and Kamden; his great grandchildren, Harper and Adrian; and his sisters, Mary Stout, Sherri "Diddy" Stout and Kathy Stout-Marsiglia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
