He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Gallatin (D'Onofrio); and his children, Norman Richard "Rick" Gallatin III (Robin) of Plant City, FL, John P Gallatin of Tampa, FL, David E. Gallatin of Tampa, FL, Barbara A. Cannon of Las Vegas, NV, Laura J. Winemiller of York, L. Marie Martens (Bill) of Bradenton, FL and Penny M. Handy (Gallatin) of York. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a couple great great-grandchildren.
