Esther Nissley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther Nissley of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Aaron G. Weaver and Lydia Weaver (Martin); her husband Mervin B. Nissley; her son Milford Nissley; her son-in-law Bill Miller; and her siblings, Harlan, Luke, Paul Weaver, Anna Keperling and Laura Carpenter.
She is survived by : her children, Thelma Kennedy (Dale) of Thurmont, MD, Sharon Harnish (Dennis) of Lititz, Joyce Smoker (Ken) of Atglen, Phyllis Becker (Dave) of Elizabethtown, Marilyn Swartz (Delbert) of Thompsontown, Maurice Nissley (Joyce) of Mifflinburg, Cheryl Shaum (Ken) of Goshen, Charles Nissley (Sallie) of Turbotville, Sylvia Beiler of Lewisburg, Gloria Reinford (Carl) of Beavertown and Luella Miller (Dan) of Lewisburg; her sisters, Mabel Hernley of Ephrata, Miriam Swope of Sarasota, FL and Reba Wissler of Lancaster; and her daughter-in-law Marian Wenger (Dale) of Columbiana. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren.
