She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Rhodes and Ted Rhodes; and her husband Ralph D. McCullough Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ralph D. McCullough Jr. (Cathy Snyder) of Lewistown, Lisa A. McCullough (Rhoda Shafranich) of Lewistown and Rodger A. McCullough (Jeannie) of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Anthony J. McCullough (Lannie), Travis J. McCullough (Wendy) and Ahlea Hornung; her great grandchildren, Skylar and Noah McCullough; and her stepgrandson Brandon Knepp.
