He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Charles Sr. and Nettie M. Todaro (Miller); his siblings, Stephen, Rodger, David Miller and Anna Marie Briddelle; his niece Melisa Todaro; his great-niece Emmalyn Hook; and his great-nephew Tanner Howell.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Madison Baumgardner of Lewistown; his siblings, Bryon Todaro (Jackie) of Lewistown and Mary Jo Anastasi (Luke) of Lewistown; and his friends, Spencer and Anthony Johnson.
