Fultz of Burnham, Bea Burke of Burnham, Nancy J. Wilt of Reedsville, Daniel S. Mayes and David M. Mayes (Cathryn) of Pine Grove; her siblings, Samuel C. Betlyon Jr. of Burnham and Debra J. Betlyon (Ronnie Snook) of Burnham; and her daughter-in-law Terry Knouse (Scott) of Reedsville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
