He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Bitner and Mary I. Bitner (Riden); his wife Arlene J. Bitner (Brought); his sons, Terry Scott Bitner and Randy Bitner; and his brother Walter Curtis Bitner.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Bitner of Milroy and Gregg Bitner (Lori) of Milroy; his siblings, Garry D. Bitner of Milroy, William A. Bitner, Jr. of Lewistown, Suzanne Davis of Siglerville, Terry Kenawell (Linda) of Siglerville and Shaun L. Bitner (Pam) of Siglerville; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Bethany, Allison and Aaron. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, services will be private, at the convenience of the family.
