She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac J. Quay and Margaret Viola Quay (Worrall); her husband James H. Sheaffer Jr.; her siblings, Betty Emel, Laura Quay, Geraldine Tavares, Richard Quay and Isaac James Quay Jr.; her nephew Larry Quay; and her daughter-in-law Marie Sheaffer.
She is survived by: her sons, James R. Sheaffer of Lewistown, Robert W. Sheaffer Sr. (Ann) of New Cumberland and Michael S. Sheaffer (Linda) of Centre Hall. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
