He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Austin; his sons, Brian M. Austin Jr. (Melissa) of Everett and Tony W. Austin (Aaron Coleman) of Phillipsburg, N. J.; his grandchildren, Shelby Austin of Lewistown, Hailey Austin of Lewistown, Grayson Austin of San Antonio and Ethan Austin of Altoona; his stepgrandchildren, Samuel Weller of Everett and Heiley Seibert of Everett; and his siblings, Nancy Stoner (William Sr.) of Lewistown, Marian Kulp of Lewistown, Shirley Virtue of Douglasville, Janet Cram (Hershel) of Granville, Gail Knepper (Ronald) of Yeagertown and Helen Katz (Evan) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
