He was predeceased by: his mother Isabelle Hartsock; his wife Barbara J. Hartsock (Kennedy); and his son Marcus Scott. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Hardy of Mifflintown; his children, Carl L. Hartsock, Jr. (Stacy) of Reedsville, April Patton (Michael) of Lewistown and Steven Hartsock of McVeytown; and his stepchildren, Tracy Hanson (Matt) of Georgia and Kristie Musselman of Lewistown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
