She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Betty Naylor and Robert Elsesser. She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Elsesser and Pamela Elsesser (Naylor) of Lewistown; her siblings, Rachel of Lewistown, Nathan Elsesser of Lewistown, Alex Knoth of Lewistown and Sage McCool Price of Lewistown; and her grandparents, Patty Elsesser and Jean Yetter. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chantel had a big heart and the last gift she could give was the gift of life through her organ donations.
