He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Lukens and Bernice Lukens (Stoddart); his wife Belle Anne Lukens (Bulick); and his sister Jane Lukens-DeBlasi. He is survived by: his sons, Charles W. Lukens, Jr. (Tara) of Thompsontown, Daniel M. Lukens of Lewistown and Christopher J. Lukens (Farrah) of Reedsville; his sister Vicki Weber; and his grandchildren, Evan, Eayn Renninger, Abbygail, Ellie, Makenzie, Mekenna, Maelynne Lukens, Little Jesse, Heather Corkins, Robert Reich, Jr., Curtis Lukens, Rylee Long and Leland Lehman.
