He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric A. Price and Marion Price (Bloom); and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Price (Rocco); his daughter Stephanie L. Price Foster (Scott W.) of Longmeadow, Mass.; his grandson James W. Foster; his brother Terry W. Price (Lisa) of Texas; his sibling's children, Jimmy, Danny Price and Krista Price; and his great-niece Scarlett Price.
