He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Harper and Betty Harper (Shea); his daughter Lisa Fields; and his siblings, Norma Dobson and Randy Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Harper (Hamman); his children, Tracy Harper of Lewistown, Scott Harper of Lewistown, Amy Kintzel (William) of Lewistown and W. Keith Fields (Angela) of Lewistown; his sisters, Phyllis Reese of Carlisle and Betty Lou Wilkinson (John) of Carlisle; and his half-sisters, Bonnie Faber of Harrisburg and Connie Weaver of Lewistown. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
