Evelyn Charlesworth Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Charlesworth (Lewistown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Smith and Edna Smith (Ruble); her husband James R. Charlesworth; and her sister Shirley Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Jean Louise Brown (Samuel) of North Pole, Ala and Robert L. Charlesworth (Darla) of Lewistown; and her brother Lewis H. Smith of Lewistown. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
