He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrison F. Shaffer and Shirley Shaffer (Moore); his daughter Becky Lyter; and his brother George Shaffer. He is survived by: his close friend Christine J. Lyter; his daughters, Ambrosia Manbeck of Ohio and Jenniffier Mock (Michael) of Lewistown; his grandsons, Trey Milligan and Quq-Drcc Manbeck; his stepgrandchildren, Paige Yohn, Ashley Wertz and Dillion Fowler; his great grandchildren, Karley, Cadence, Jackson and Benson; and his siblings, Rick Moore of California, Jim Shaffer (Denise) of Lewistown, Ronald Shaffer of Lewistown, Sue Ann Shaffer of McAlisterville, Lue Ann Shaffer of McAlisterville, Dennis Shaffer of Lewistown, Denise Schell of Lewistown and Deb Shaffer of Lewistown.
