He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick R. Sr. and Ruth E. Medley (Beatty); his wife Judy A. Medley (Mitchell); and his brother John H. Medley. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Stephanie Turri (Jason), Melissa Marker, Frank E. Medley Jr. (Megan), Keith Medley and Emma Medley.
