It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Thomas of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Foster Nelson Grose and Daisey Gertrude Grose Loudenslager (Snare); and her husband Howard Franklin Thomas. She is survived by: her children, James E. Thomas (Marianne) of Reedsville, Steven H. Thomas (Debra) of Bel Air, MD., Tina Toomey (Michael) of York and Carolyn Jean Snyder (David) of Lewistown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
