She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Cutler; her husband Harry R. Walters; her brother William Cutler; and her son-in-law George Clifford Rice III. She is survived by: her parent Pauline Cutler Klinger (Peters); her daughter Susan K. Rice of Reedsville; and her grandson Rice IV of San Diego.
