He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Lukens Sr. and Nancy Elizabeth "Ning" Miller; and his sisters, Esther L. Kline and Hanna E. Loucks of Lewistown. He is survived by: his wife Rita Gay Lukens; his daughters, Teresa A. Lukens-Gable (James) of Lewistown, Tracy Trapp (William) and Elysia of Bethlehem, PA; and his grandson Arron Lukens-Gable.
