He is survived by: his wife Anna Mackneer (Ripple); his children, Holly Mackneer (Angel Carrasquillo) of Lewistown, Jason Mackneer of Kentucky, Jessica Clinger (Troy) of Lewistown, Chelsea Ripple (Richard Armstrong) of Lewistown, Tyler Mackneer of Lewistown and Macie Mackneer (Michea Wolfley) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Kiera, Kassie, Kaylee Fry, Haiden, Gage Clinger, Adaleigh, Alaina Armstrong and Landry Wolfley; and his siblings, Brenda Wiser (Dennis) of New Lancaster Valley, Gloria Michaels (Gary) of Lewistown, Wendy Steighner (Scott) of Kentucky, Dale Mackneer of Lewistown and Alan Mackneer (Lindra).
