She was predeceased by: her mother Betty L. Fultz; and her nephew Sean M. McCartney. She is survived by: her husband Howard "Gene" Grassmyer; her daughter Carrie Riley of Lewistown; and her siblings, Keith Fultz (Nancy) of North Carolina, Kathy McCartney (Daniel) of Lewistown and Mary Kay Fultz (Lisa Weaver) of Bellefonte. She is also survived by nine nephews, five nieces and multiple great nieces and nephews.
