He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. Underhill and Ruth Underhill (Schaeffer); his wife Ethel A. Underhill (Daniscak); his brothers, Ray Andrew Underhill, Michael P. Underhill, Robert J. Underhill, Gerald J. Underhill and George A. Underhill; his grandson Eddie Bartell; and his daughters-in-law, Cheryl Underhill and Dot Underhill.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Seebold (Donald) of New Berlin, Glenn C. Underhill (Joan) of McClure and Ann Miller (Glenn) of Mifflinburg; and his son-in-law Edward Bartell (Marsha) of McClure. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
