He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd A. Shirey and Mary S. Shirey (Melhorne); and his sister Marlene A. Norris. He is survived by: his siblings, Joan M. Brought of Lewistown, Timothy E. Shirey of Harrisburg, Jennifer L. Shirey (Russell Blessing) of Lewistown and Rick A. Shirey of Red Lion; and his friend Pastor Travis Habbershon of Lewistown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
