She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chester and Josephine F. Weiand (Goss). She is survived by: her children, William J. Bowers (Mary) of Reedsville and Karen R. Bowers of Colorado Springs; and her siblings, Leroy J. Weiand of Milroy and Mary A. Tate of Newport. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
