She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Spearing and Marguerite Spearing (Lear); her husband John F. Houser; her grandson Alex J. Kratzer; and her siblings, Hershel, James, Charles, Lester, Robert, Thomas, Kenneth and Edith R. Laughlin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah M. Kerstetter (Gordon "Jeff") of Lewistown, Karen A. Evans (John "Pat") of Mifflintown and Colleen J. Kratzer (Kris) of Strodes Mills; her grandchildren, Gregory S. Kerstetter (Felisha), Alan J. Kerstetter (Jackie), Jacob M. Kerstetter, Amanda J. Foltz (Michael), Matthew J. Evans and Jordan M. Kratzer; her great grandchildren, Logan S. Kerstetter, Connor J. Kerstetter, Blake D. Colyer, Zoey A. Foltz and Carly J. Foltz Lucas M.; and her sister Joyce A. Wray (Dale).
