She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Nelli; her spouse John H. "Jack" Conley; and her siblings, Antoniette Gagliardo and Anthony Nelli. She is survived by: her parent Maria Nelli (Sacchetta); her children, Mary Kay O'Connor (John) of Duncansville and John H. Conley, Jr. (Lisa) of Lewistown; and her sister Lucretia Fultz (Ray) of Lewistown.
