She was predeceased by: her parent Freeman F. Reitz; and her brothers, Freeman F. Reitz Jr., Harold J. Reitz and James F. Reitz. She is survived by: her parent Stella Reitz (Boonie); her husband Lewis H. Smith; her daughter Sandra Jones (Thomas) of Kennett Square; her grandchildren, Jeromie Jones (Kyle) of Kennett Square and Tyler Jones of West Chester; her great grandchildren, Jaidyn, Aubrey, Peyton, Cameron, Everett and Shea Jones; her siblings, Carl S. Reitz (Edie) of Selinsgrove, Kenneth S. Reitz (Shirley) of Lewistown, Ricky L. Reitz (Carla) of McClure and Steven L. Reitz (Deb Runk) of Lewistown; and her sister-in-law Nancy Reitz of Salunga.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sylvia's name may be made to Ellen Chapel Church.
