She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Fultz Sr.; her husband Thomas Gusky Jr.; and her siblings, Betty Lyter, Dorothy Gentzel, Charles Fultz and William R. Fultz.
She is survived by: her parent Cora Mae Fultz (Arnold); her children, Teresa Spigelmyer (Richard) of Lewistown and Darlene Pannebaker (Alan) of McClure; her sisters, Lucy Krot of Millerstown and Sarah Pheasant (Ned) of Richfield; her grandchildren, Alan Pannebaker Jr. (Holly) and Amber Pannebaker; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Liam, Adin Brannon and Loralie Pannebaker.
