It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Wagner of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Egan and Martha K. Egan (Thomas). She is survived by: her children, Michelle Terry (Marc) of Lewistown and Matthew R. Wagner (Tiffany) of Doylestown; her grandchildren, Ethan A. Terry (Elizabeth), Ryan J. Terry, Alden Wagner and Genevieve Wagner; her great grandchild Miles A. Terry; and her siblings, Jane E. Smith of Lewistown and James P. Egan. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (120 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A burial will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at the Courtyard Columbarium (21 S Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 120 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044.
