He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Vincent Barber, Sr. and Rose Irene Barber (Schaffer); and his siblings, Paul S. Barber, Peter J. Barber, William L. Barber, Roy C. Barber, Meredith C. Salisbury and Ruth H. Glatt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert J. Barber of Anchorage, AK, Richard M. Barber of Syracuse, NY and Gene M. Barber of Utica, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
